Little Forest Equestrian plans to partner with a local airbnb to host retreats in Leander Texas. We offer two types of retreats, each of which provide a space for people to get away, relax, and connect with horses. Our Equine Retreat focuses on building relationships with our horses. This retreat consists of multiple workshops on equine care and behavior including our groundwork classes: Fostering Connection, Communicating Effectively, and Horse Care In A Nutshell. While this retreat offers many planned activities, we do prioritize time spent being present and aware of when you need to rest. Escape your daily routine to come relax, spend time in nature, and bond with horses!
Our Prayer Retreat focuses on spending time with God our Creator. Over the weekend we will read through seven stories of hope from the Bible. We have scheduled time for devotions, group discussion, and worship as we explore how to live in a relationship with Jesus Christ. We will also spend time enjoying God's creation outside with horses!
Overnight retreats are not yet available to book. However! Please let us know if you have an interest for our overnight retreats as we plan to start offering them next fall!
Our day camps take place here at Little Forest Equestrian. We spend the day with horses, eat lunch together, and then learn some educational equine practices while having a whole lot of fun. We have specific day camps for all ages so that anyone can come spend time with our horses.
Each day of our horse camps start at 9:00AM and end at 2:00PM. Our prices are set for any age group. We do not provide lunch, so you are encouraged to bring your own! We do ask that you let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions beforehand so that we can provide the best snack options for you.
