Our Horsemanship Style
Our horsemanship here at Little Forest Equestrian is centered around relationships. We train by building trust, setting boundaries, and making requests of our horses. We believe that a relationship between a horse and it's owner is key. A relationship requires effort from both parties in order to succeed. So many of our horse training programs includes classes for the owner to come out and see what progress is being made and how to continue the training at home on their own.
Green Training*
$1,400/month
Do you have a horse that's green broke and needs a little more training? Whether you are looking for better ground manners or for your horse to be safer under saddle, green training may be the option for you. *Any horse that comes for green training must already be halter broke.
Exercise Training/Muscle Building
$30-$50/session
Our exercise training program can consist of working with your horse up to five days a week. During each session we will work towards the specific goals presented by the owner and work towards maintaining your horse’s mental and physical needs.
Ground Work Session - $30
Riding Session - $50
Riding/Groundwork Lesson for you - $75
Offsite Training
Price is dependent on location
Are you in the Leander/Liberty Hill area and looking for training where you're at? Let us come to you! We can come out to your barn/place of boarding and train or exercise your horse there.
Green training and exercise training can happen here at our equestrian facility! Your horse's board is included in the horse training price.
